Danette's legal practice helps clients grow and protect their businesses by leveraging more than 25 years of experience as an attorney, marketing executive and small-business owner. Her breadth and depth of legal and business experience provides the foundation for working with clients on day-to-day matters and transactions, including: contract drafting, review and negotiation; purchase and sale agreements; technology transfers; corporate compliance; and business succession planning. She also helps organizations and individuals protect and promote their valuable intellectual property assets, such as trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets.

Personal Bio

Danette loves to travel. She's lived in or visited 44 different states and 25 different countries. From hiking Kilimanjaro to traversing the Inca Trail, adventure is in her blood. Although it is the people she meets on her journeys, more so than the destinations, that keep her planning the next expedition. Adventures, however, do not have to be strictly foreign affairs, when she and her husband venture out locally, they head to the mountains to bike, camp, and climb 14,000+ foot mountains. When it comes to less adrenaline-filled activities, Danette chooses a Pilates class or sharing a meal and glass of wine with friends and family.
