FEES

We provide legal services on the bases of an hourly rate, flat fee and fixed fee, depending on the nature of the work, each of which also are plus costs as applicable and appropriate. Estimates for any work to be undertaken will be cheerfully provided. Prices are subject to change without notice and may be adjusted in accordance with the circumstances of a particular matter.

Initial Consultation

Initial consultations are offered at a reduced rate of $350.00. During the initial consult, an attorney will meet with you for up to an hour to discuss your legal issues and needs.

Hourly Rate

Most matters are handled on an hourly rate of $400.00 per hour, billed on a quarter-hour basis.

Flat Fee

Matters which readily lend themselves to be determined and charged on a flat fee basis will be quoted as such on a case-by-case basis.

Fixed Fee or Base Fee*

The following matters are billed on a fixed-fee or base-fee basis:

 

• Corporation Formation: $2,250.00 (single shareholder) / $2,750.00 (multiple shareholders) plus costs

• Limited Liability Company Formation: $1,750.00 plus costs

• Registered Agent Services (Colorado): $175.00 per year plus costs

• Principal Office Address Services (Colorado): $175.00 per year plus costs

• State Trademark Registration (Colorado): $800.00 (plus $70.00 per additional classification) plus costs

• US Trademark Registration: $1,750.00, includes filing fee (plus $750.00 per additional classification, includes filing fee), to prepare and file the application. All follow-on prosecution after the application is filed is billed at the hourly rate.

• US Copyright Registration: $750.00 plus costs to prepare and file the application. All follow-on prosecution after the application is filed is billed at the hourly rate.
